This text is a draft that our lawyer is still checking. It is the same text the game shows. Parts marked "to be confirmed" will be completed before PRIORITY launches.

Who we are

PRIORITY is a free decision game run by [Company name], Nigeria. Contact: support@prioritygameplay.com.

What we collect, and why

  • A random ID made by the app on your phone, to keep your progress. We do not read your phone number, contacts, photos or location.
  • The name you choose to show to friends (optional).
  • Your answers, how long they took, your points, streaks and levels, to run the game, the leaderboards and fair play checks.
  • Your age group (under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 and over). You type your date of birth once; we keep only the group, never the date.
  • Your country, only if you choose it, to check prize rules.
  • Your email address and a password, only if you add them to protect your progress. The password is stored only as a secure hash.
  • Your mobile number, only if you win a prize and claim it, to send the airtime. It is stored encrypted and shown to our staff masked; full numbers are seen only by finance staff paying prizes, and every view is logged.
  • When you accepted these terms and this notice.
  • Technical records needed to keep the service safe, such as when a request was made.
  • Your coins, what you buy (for example Remove ads or Premium) and when, to give you what you paid for. Payments are handled by Google Play or the App Store; we never see your card or bank details.

Advertising

  • The free game shows ads: short videos you choose to watch for a reward, full-screen ads between practice rounds, and banners on some screens. Never during a question.
  • Ads come from Google AdMob, which also shows ads from Unity Ads and AppLovin (mediation). They may collect your phone's advertising ID, your approximate location from your internet address, and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads. If you are 18 or over and agree (on iPhone, through Apple's tracking question), ads may be personalised; you can say no and still get ads that are not personalised.
  • Players aged 13 to 17 only get ads rated for teenagers, and never personalised ads.
  • Remove ads or Premium turns ads off.
  • You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your phone's settings.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • Entry to competitions is always free, and buying things never improves your chance of winning a prize.

Who else handles your data

  • Our server host Contabo GmbH, on servers in France, which stores the game's database.
  • Google Play and the App Store, for purchases.
  • The advertising networks listed above.
  • When we add crash reporting and game analytics services., we will name them here first.

We will update this notice before adding any new service that receives personal data.

How long we keep it

  • Your account data: until you delete your account.
  • Purchase records: kept for [To be confirmed by our lawyer] for tax and store disputes, without your identity once your account is deleted.
  • Prize payment records: kept for [To be confirmed by our lawyer] for legal and tax reasons, without your name, ID or full phone number once your account is deleted.
  • Backups are kept for up to 14 days (weekly copies up to 8 weeks) and then removed.

Your rights (Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023)

  • Get a copy of your data: Settings > Account and privacy > Download my data.
  • Delete your account and data: Settings > Account and privacy > Delete my account. You get a receipt.
  • Correct your data: change your name in Profile, or contact us.
  • Withdraw consent: delete your account, or contact us.
  • Complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).

Children

PRIORITY is for players aged 13 and over. Prizes are only for players aged 18 and over. If you are under 13, please do not use the game.

Security

Traffic is encrypted (TLS). Phone numbers are encrypted in the database. Staff accounts need a password and a code from an authenticator app, and every staff action is logged.

Changes

If this notice changes, the app asks you to read and accept the new version.

This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers or advertising. Its fonts and pictures come from this site itself, so visiting it does not send your details to anyone else.

The web server handles the technical details of each visit, such as your internet address, only to send you the page. It does not keep a log of visits.
