1. The game
PRIORITY is a free game about choosing what comes first. These terms are between you and [Company name], Nigeria. Contact: support@prioritygameplay.com.
2. Who can play
You must be 13 or over. Prizes are only for players aged 18 or over in an allowed country; see the prize rules.
3. Free to play
The game is free and shows ads. You may buy optional items: coins, hints, lives, Remove ads, Premium and others. Entry to every competition is free, and no purchase is necessary to win; buying never improves your chance of winning a prize.
4. Purchases
Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store under their terms, including refunds. Coins and items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred, except as the game allows. Premium subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account. If a purchase does not arrive, contact us and we will put it right. [To be confirmed by our lawyer]
5. Your account
Keep your email and password private if you add them. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
6. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, use more than one account to gain an advantage, or attack the service. We may flag unusual answers, remove points, stop prizes, or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can ask us to review a decision.
7. Names
Choose a name that is not offensive, does not pretend to be someone else, and does not contain personal details. We may change names that break this rule.
8. Prizes
Prizes are governed by the official prize rules shown in the game. Our decision after a review is final, as the rules explain.
9. Our content
The scenarios, pictures, sounds and software belong to us or our licensors. You may share screenshots and result cards.
10. The service
We work to keep PRIORITY running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or end features, and will tell you in the app first where we can.
11. Liability

12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
13. Changes
If these terms change, the app asks you to read and accept the new version.
