Safety

How PRIORITY keeps players safe, and how to report a problem.

Who can play

PRIORITY is for players aged 13 and over. The game asks for a date of birth once and keeps only the age group; anyone under 13 is stopped before playing. Players aged 13 to 17 see scenes chosen for their age, never personalised ads, and only teen-rated ones. Prizes are for adults only.

No chat, no photos

Players cannot send each other messages, photos or links. Other players only see the name you choose, your avatar from the game's cast, and your scores.

Names

Names must not be offensive, pretend to be someone else, or contain personal details such as a phone number or address. We change or remove names that break these rules, and may suspend the account.

Child safety

We do not allow any content or behaviour that sexualises or endangers children. We act on reports at once, remove the account, and report child sexual abuse material to the authorities where the law requires it.

Report a problem

Email support@prioritygameplay.com with the player's name, where you saw it, and what happened. If anyone is in danger, contact the local emergency services first.
